Off-the-shelf CAR-T (TyU19)
Allogeneic 'off-the-shelf' CAR-T (TyU19). Autoimmune disease. Reviewed Jul 2026.
Donor cells cleared B cells and produced deep remission in early patients, with only six months of follow-up.
What it is
Donor-derived CAR-T cells that don't need to be made individually for each patient — a manufacturable, scalable version of the reset.
The evidence
Healthy-donor CD19 CAR-T achieved B-cell depletion within 2 weeks and deep remission over 6-month follow-up in early autoimmune patients.
What you can do today
Outside a registered clinical trial, this is not something you can responsibly get. If it is relevant to you, the route is a trial: ask your specialist, or search a trial registry such as ClinicalTrials.gov for studies you may qualify for.
